Shipping Policy

Currently, Tonic Home offers FREE SHIPPING on orders of $500 or more going to any location inside the United States, unless otherwise specified. *Extra charges may apply to items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.  

Orders under $500 will be charged a 15% flat fee.

Orders of $100 or less will be charged a flat fee of $12.95 for shipping.

Tonic Home will ship certain items to international locations outside the United States for an additional shipping fee.  Please contact sales@tonichome.com for a shipping estimate.

Rush Delivery - should you require rush service of an item, please contact sales@tonichome.com for extra shipping service fee.  

Standard Delivery Charges for Furniture
Furniture products such as sofas, chairs and bedroom sets are too heavy and too big to ship via UPS or FedEx Ground services. These products ship by truck and 
will be scheduled on the first available truck in your area. We will notify you in advance as your delivery date draws near to schedule the delivery for a convenient time. Please understand that although some furniture items may ship from stock, others may require between 4 and 10 weeks lead time. We will provide lead-time estimates at the time you place your order. If you have any questions about lead time, please contact our customer service department at sales@tonichome.com

White Glove Furniture Delivery - Most large pieces (determined by dimensions and weight) can be delivered using our White Glove service for an extra fee. 

  • What is White Glove service? The carrier brings the item into the room or area you specify (including up or down stairs), uncrates it, assembles it (if necessary), positions it, and removes all shipping materials.
  • Is there a charge for White Glove service? Yes, if your order qualifies we will notify you of the option and additional costs.

     

  • How is White Glove delivery scheduled? Our designated carrier for your area will contact you by telephone several days in advance to schedule a specific day and an estimated delivery time. White Glove delivery is not available on weekends or national holidays.
  • *Please note free shipping does not include white glove delivery.  With free shipping on larger furniture pieces, the carrier will deliver to the curb or front door, but will not take inside.

    Returns Policy

    Your complete satisfaction with our products is guaranteed! General merchandise items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Tonic Home will refund the original purchase price, less the shipping charges.  Should you decide to return an item offered under our "Free Shipping" policy, you will be refunded the original purchase price, less the original shipping charge incurred by Tonic Home.  No returns will be accepted on Final Sale items.  Tonic Home will not accept any returns after 15 days. For special order items such as upolstery pieces or back order items, we require that the customer pay a 30% restocking fee for returns on non-damaged items.     How to make a general return:

    If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer service department at sales@tonichome.com and obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.  No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

    2. Pack and seal your item securely in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Packages must be returned postage paid. We also recommend that you insure all packages, since otherwise you will be responsible for any damage during the return shipment. Tonic Home will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

    3. Ship the item insured and postage paid to Tonic Home, 19236 Detroit Road, Rocky River, Ohio 44116.

    Damages

    Every effort is made to ensure orders arrive in the best condition.  All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival.  ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT DELIVERY.  Save all damaged cartons until claims are settled.  For return of damaged items, please contact sales@tonichome.com to make arrangements for replacement, repair or credit.  

    How to return damaged items:

    If you received a damaged item, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer service department at sales@tonichome.com and obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

    2. Pack and seal your item securely in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.  A customer service representative will arrange for a UPS call tag, which schedules UPS to come to the delivery location and pick up the item.
