Currently, Tonic Home offers FREE SHIPPING on orders of $200 or more, unless otherwise specified.
Orders of $100-$200 will be charged a flat fee of $12.95 for shipping.
Orders of $100 or less will be charged a flat fee of $9.95 for shipping.
Tonic Home will only deliver to the contiguous United States and will be made by UPS or common carrier.
Rush Delivery Tonic Home does not currently offer rush delivery services.
Standard Delivery Charges for Furniture Furniture products such as sofas, chairs and bedroom sets are too heavy and too big to ship via UPS or FedEx Ground services. These products ship by truck and will be scheduled on the first available truck in your area. We will notify you in advance as your delivery date draws near to schedule the delivery for a convenient time. Please understand that although some furniture items may ship from stock, others may require between 4 and 10 weeks lead time. We will provide lead-time estimates at the time you place your order. White Glove Furniture Delivery - Most large pieces (determined by dimensions and weight), as well as certain items that require extensive assembly or setup, can be delivered using our White Glove service for an extra fee. To find out if an item qualifies for this service, please call 1.877.250.3660

What is White Glove service? The carrier brings the item into the room or area you specify (including up or down stairs), uncrates it, assembles it (if necessary), positions it, and removes all shipping materials.

Is there a charge for White Glove service? Yes, if your order qualifies we will notify you of the option and additional costs.

How is White Glove delivery scheduled? Our designated carrier for your area will contact you by telephone several days in advance to schedule a specific day and an estimated delivery time. White Glove delivery is not available on weekends or national holidays.

What is the process for returns? If the furniture arrives damaged, or is damaged in the delivery/setup process, the carrier will re-crate and return it to us, at no charge to you. If it is returned for another reason, a pickup fee may apply.
*Please note free shipping does not include white glove delivery. With free shipping on larger furniture pieces, the carrier will deliver to the curb or front door, but will not take inside. |
Foreign Orders Unfortunately, Tonic Home is unable to accept orders outside the United States.
Returns Policy
Your complete satisfaction with our products is guaranteed! General merchandise items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Tonic Home will not refund the original shipping charges for returned items, only the cost of the item purchased. Tonic Home will not refund the shipping cost to return an item. Should you decide to return an item offered under our "Free Shipping" policy, you will be credited back the cost of the item, less the original shipping charge incurred by Tonic Home. If the items delivered were either not what you ordered or arrived damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately upon receipt at sales@tonichome.com and we will arrange for a pickup of the goods.
How to make a general return:
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service department at sales@tonichome.com and obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Our warehouse will only be able to accept return packages clearly marked with an RMA number.
2. Pack and seal your return securly in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Packages must be returned postage paid. We also recommend that you insure all packages, since otherwise you will be responsible for any damage during the return shipment. Tonic Home will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
3. Ship the product to Tonic Home, insured, postage paid.
How to return damaged or incorrect goods:
If you received either a damaged product or a product that you did not order, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service department at sales@tonichome.com and obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Our warehouse will only be able to accept return packages clearly marked with an RMA number. Our customer service representative will arrange for a UPS call tag which schedules UPS to come to your home to pick up the subject merchandise.
2. Pack and seal your return securly in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
3. Wait for UPS to come and pick up the package.
