Tonic Home will refund the original purchase price, less the shipping charges. Should you decide to return an item offered under our "Free Shipping" policy, you will be refunded the original purchase price, less the original shipping charge incurred by Tonic Home. No returns will be accepted on Final Sale items. Tonic Home will not accept any returns after 15 days. For special order items as upholstery pieces or back order items or over sized items, we require that the customer pay a 30% restocking fee for returns on non-damaged items. How to make a general return?
1. Contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org and obtain an RMA number (return authorization number). No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
2. Pack and seal your item securely in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Packages must be returned postage paid. We recommend that you insure all packages, since you will be responsible for damage during the return shipment. Ship item insured all postage paid to the following address:

Every effort is made to ensure orders arrive in the best condition. All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT DELIVERY. Save all damaged cartons until claims are settled. Please follow these steps to return damaged merchandise.

2- Pack and seal your item securely in its original box if possible. Mark RMA number on the outside of the box. A customer service representative will make arrangements for a UPS call tag, you will place the label on the box and have it ready for pickup.
All returned merchandise should be shipped to the California address. Larger items will ship to one of our warehouses, address TBD.
