Standard Delivery Charges for Furniture

Furniture products such as sofas, chairs and bedroom pieces are too heavy to ship via UPS or FedEx Ground and will ship freight by truck. We will schedule on first available delivery and will notify you in advance as your delivery date draws near to set up the delivery at a convenient time for you.  We will provide lead time estimates at the time the order is placed, we do not charge your credit card if there is more than a 3 week lead time and will notify you via email.  If you have any questions about lead times, please contact us at our customer service department at sales@tonichome.com. Note freight deliveries are delivered curbside.

White Glove Delivery

Most large pieces (determined by dimensions and weight) can be delivered using our white glove service for an extra fee. *option noted at checkout

- What is white glove service? The carrier brings the item into the room area, unpacks or un-crates (it if necessary), assembles it (if necessary), positions it and removes all packing materials.

- Is there an additional fee?  Yes. If you order qualifies, we will notify you of the option and additional costs.

- How is white glove delivery scheduled?  Our designated carrier in your area will notify you several days in advance to set up a delivery time. White glove delivery is not available on weekends or holidays.

* Please note free shipping does not include white glove delivery. With free shipping on larger pieces, the carrier will deliver to the curb or front door, but will not take inside for insurance purposes.
